Exploring Life through love, testimony, and doodling.
For as long as I can remember I’ve always had a passion for art. As a child I would spend my weekends taking classes at the Brooklyn Museum of Art or making beaded jewelry. I even developed my own business called Shanimals, which were animal magnets and broaches made of clay.
I continued to fuel my passion by attending Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School. LaGuardia introduced me to a lot of mediums such as printmaking, photography, sculpture and more. While in high school I changed my childhood dream of becoming an animator for Disney to a children’s book illustrator. Following high school I moved on to Pratt Institute. After starting communication design classes I realized graphic design was a perfect fit for me.
Now, I have a small family design studio named BrainChilds Design. We specialize in branding strategy. On the side, I blog on Doodles Invigorate, paint, practice yoga, make beaded jewelry, and simply enjoy life.
